Dee Narga,
Program Manager
Dee is an experienced regeneration and transport planning
professional, with over 17 years experience in this sector. Before
coming to the Trellis Project, she worked as a divisional director
of the Prince’s Trust volunteer programme in Birmingham. Dee currently
serves as a non-executive director of a primary care trust in Birmingham.
She speaks English and Punjabi.

Antonina Robinson,
Operations Manager
Antonina is on secondment from Jobcentre Plus, where she has
worked since 2000 as a career advisor and refugee advocate. Antonina
grew up in England, Hong Kong and Oman and has worked extensively overseas – notably in recruitment in Thailand and with refugees in Denmark.
She holds a degree in Medieval and Modern British and European history from
the University of Birmingham
Arian Taugozi,
Link Officer
Arian is originally from
Kurdistan but has been in the UK since 1999. He moved to
Birmingham in 2001 to work as an interpreter. In 2002 he
moved to the Midlands Refugee Council, where worked as a
Welfare Adviser and later as a Senior Refugee Support
Worker. Arian has a diploma in public service interpreting
from the Institute of Linguists in London and has worked as
a tutor in community languages for interpreters at City
College, Birmingham. He speaks English, Kurdish, Arabic,
Farsi and Dari.

Michael K Misindu,
Link Officer
Michael joined Employability Forum in 2003. He has a
degree in Development Studies and an MSc in Development
Practice from Oxford Brookes University. Michael has eleven
years of experience in community development in Congo, South
Africa and the UK. Michael currently sits on the board of
the Refugee Education and Training Advocacy Forum (RETAF)
and leads Central African Development Action, a
Birmingham-based community organizations. Michael speaks
English, French, Lingala and Kikongo.

Roland Agbor
Link Officer
Roland comes from the Cameroons, where he worked as a
laboratory technician and an assistant quality control
manager. He also studied for a Higher National Diploma in
Science Technology in Nigeria. Since coming to Britain in
2004, Roland has volunteered for the British Trust for
Conservation Volunteers, the Refugee Council and the British
Red Cross. Roland speaks English, French, German, and
Pidgin.

Musse Ali,
Link Officer
Musse grew up in Somalia. He completed secondary
education and compulsory military training before emigrating
to Norway in 1988. He completed an MSc in Medical
Biochemistry at the University of Tromsų in 1996. Musse has
a variety of work experience in medical research, youth and
community development, and refugee integration. Musse speaks
English, Norwegian and Somali.

Marsela Hoxha,
Time Together Coordinator
Marsela is originally from Albania where she worked as a
teacher and journalist. She moved to the UK in 2001 and
worked at the Midlands Refugee Council in a number of roles,
including Senior Welfare Officer. Marsela joined Time
Together in April 2006 and is the Project Co-ordinator for
Birmingham.

Matt Stenson,
Programme Administrator
Matt has a degree in Geography from the University of
Ottawa and a Masters in International Affairs from the
Norman Paterson School of International Affairs. Matt has
primarily worked in the co-operative and credit union
sector. He recently returned from Kenya where he worked on a
rural development project for the International Co-operative
Alliance.
